- There will be a 30% service charge on all exchanges. The service charge is equal to 30% of the amount of credit you receive for the books being exchanged (Example:  If you were given $20 in credit for the books you have brought in we would charge you $6 in cash.  You would be able to spend $26 in the store for books).

-Credit=1/4 retail value (cover price) or 1/2 our price, on paperbacks and $1.00 on hardcovers ( children hardcovers you would get five cents to $1.00)

  

- Credit slips will be issued for 50 cents or more.  You are responsible for your credit slips.  We do not keep a record at the store.

-Credit cannot be used towards 30% service charge.  This must be paid by cash, check,debit or credit card, to receive credit.

 - We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
